Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Less Than Three, S.L.U. (Mosicu brand), Carrer Pere d'Urg, 10, Edifici Mont-Ducal, 5è, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra), NRT L-716734-S. For any privacy question, email hola@mosicu.tech.
This policy covers the mosicu.tech website. The mobile app has its own policy: App privacy policy.
Applicable law
We process data under Andorra's Llei 29/2021, of 28 October, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (Personal Data Protection Act). If you visit from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies. The EU recognises Andorra as providing an adequate level of protection.
What data we process
When you use the contact form
- Name and email address.
- Phone number, if you choose to give it (optional).
- Village or town, and country.
- Species and approximate number of animals.
- Your message.
- The date and time you gave consent, and the page language.
- The country you're connecting from, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address.
- A salted hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse. We don't store your IP address itself.
When you browse the site
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type (user agent) to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. To count visits in aggregate we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies: see our Cookie policy.
Why we use it and on what legal basis

We don't sell your data, we don't advertise and we don't build profiles.
How long we keep it
Form requests are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask. If you join the pilot, the data we need become part of our contractual relationship with you and we keep them for as long as it lasts and for any period required by law.
Who else processes it
We use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, form database (D1), spam protection (Turnstile) and email routing.
- Google LLC (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive a notification of each request and the emails you send to hola@mosicu.tech.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with the safeguards required by law: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- give you access to your data;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- erase it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- give it to you in a portable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.
Just email hola@mosicu.tech. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, APDA), www.apda.ad. If you live in the EU, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please don't send us your data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we'll let the people who have contacted us know.
